• Manual Mode functioning

1. manual vice clamp
2. by pressing the button on the head lever handle, the machine starts the manual mode
3. manual cutting operation
4. either manual bow up positioning or bow returning in the up setted position by pressing twice the Start button
5. manual vice opening

• Semiautomatic mode functioning:

Press the Start button to begin the cuttin cycle.

1. the vice starts and the band motor starts
2. bow descents for the cutting operation
3. bow goes back to the start position
4. band motor stops
5. the vice opens

The basic characteristics of the machine, such as rigidity of the blade support, flywheel dimensioning, band guides, and band stretching, have been thoroughly studied to avoid yielding of the band, increase its durability, and improve linearity and time of cutting.
